Notes at the Margin
A chart’s bold soundings draw the eye and its small marginal notes govern them. A guarantee works the same way: the headline is the promise, the substance is in the conditions, and the arithmetic underneath explains why the promise can afford to be so generous.
A promise costs its maker only what gets claimed. These three are how ours is written.
Fourteen days, by email, no reason required, no telephone call, no restocking charge, no packaging to return. The only thing that voids it is redistributing the file, and if you find a condition on our refund page that is not in that sentence, we have failed at the thing this site is about.
Reading a refund policy well protects your money and tells you nothing about your body. No commercial term, however fair, is evidence that a product does anything — and the question of whether something belongs in your regimen is settled in a consulting room rather than in a terms page.
By the argument on this page, our own guarantee is evidence that we expect few refund requests and nothing more. It is not a claim about the guide’s quality, and we would rather say so than let a fair term do work it cannot do. We sell no supplement, hold no affiliate arrangement, and publish no testimonials.
This concerns commercial terms and nothing else. A refund window is about money, and reasoning about it has no bearing on any health question — a product with excellent terms may do nothing and one with poor terms may work. Do not let a favourable guarantee substitute for the evidence question, and do not let an unfavourable one settle it either. Neither is information about your body.
